Feedback and Complaints
We are always trying to improve the standard of the professional service we offer so please let us know about any suggestions you have for improvement.
We would like to know immediately of any complaints so that appropriate steps can be taken to remedy the situation. If you have a complaint you may discuss it with reception staff, the practice manager or one of the doctors.

Follow-up of Tests / Results / Referrals
You will receive a phone call to make an appointment to discuss the significance of any clinically important results of tests that we receive on your behalf.

Recalls and Reminders
We are committed to preventative care and as such may send you a reminder notice offering preventative health services eg. flu vaccines, immunisations via secure SMS or via letter. We have introduced a new service to help us send you secure mobile notifications and allow you to more easily book appointments online when you are due to visit the clinic.
