EXPERIENCE
Our senior doctors have many years experience in general practice. We are an accredited teaching practice and actively supervise and train our registrar doctors during their time with us, making sure that they too will one day become expert GPs.
DEDICATION
We want the best for our patients and community and we work hard to provide a quality, caring service. Many of our doctors and nurses are actively involved in community groups and local organisations.
TRAINING
Our doctors and nurses dedicate a lot of time to education. We attend courses often and have numerous postgraduate qualifications in many aspects of medicine. We have fortnightly educational meetings in the practice. Our continuing education makes us confident that we offer sound, up to date advice and treatment to our patients.
Our nurses and office staff work very hard to support the doctors and they too are constantly involved in education and training in order to continue to improve the service we provide. New patients are always welcome at the Shoal Bay and Anna Bay Medical Centres. Your first visit with us will normally be an extended consultation to allow sufficient time for the doctor to take a thorough medical history and get to know about your health problems. Please bring a list of medications and any other information about your health that you feel we may need to know about to your first consultation.
